45 Day Warranty

What does our 45 Day Warranty cover?

Our warranty covers any operating malfunctions¹ on all products purchased via our website or third-party sites, excluding eBay^2,3. Currently we are one of Canada’s only premium machine re-sellers offering such an extended warranty and we pride ourselves on the quality of the machinery we sell.

How long will my coverage last?

Our 45 day warranty starts from the time your purchase is picked up from our shop.

What happens in the event of malfunction?

Coast Machinery Group reserves the right to repair or refund the faulty product based on the nature of the defect.

Warranty exclusions:

• Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or natural disaster
• Damage due to handling/shipping (unless otherwise specified)
• Machine not being installed by a certified Machine technician
• Parts are covered, but cost of labour is not
• Cost of travel is not included

What to do in the event of a malfunction:

Send an email to online@coastmachinery.com with the invoice number and a description of the problem. A response with the appropriate action & RMA will be sent within 1-2 business days. Alternatively, call us on +1 604 556 2225.
