All machinery is sold AS IS, unless otherwise covered under the 45-day warranty . The life expectancy of each machine varies greatly and previous usage cannot be controlled by us and for this reason it is possible that the machinery will fail at any time. As the customer you must assume some level of risk with your purchase.
Refunds will not be available under the following conditions:
- The item is in someway damaged, which was agreed prior to sale.
- The item has left our warehouse, and is not or no longer covered under warranty
- The item has been stored at our warehouse more than 2 weeks post sale, and is not or no longer covered by warranty.
We also recommend, where you are able to do so, that you inspect any machinery before buying. Unless otherwise discussed and expressly stated on your invoice, additional pieces or ‘extras’ will not be included with your order.
A note on photographs
Photographs represent the machine at the time of inspection. The condition of the machine or included pieces may differ from what is shown at the time of collection or shipment. If the photographs show additional boxes or pieces, we ask you to please clarify their inclusion by calling us on +1 604 556 2225. Failure to do so means we will be unable to refund the unit because of missing items.
I am eligible for return, what do I do?
If you have clarified with us in writing that you are eligible to return your machine(s), please follow the steps below:
- Print your return confirmation (email email@example.com if you do not have this). Include your name and contact Information & attach to the machine(s).
- Please ensure the machine is appropriately packaged for transportation. We will not accept returns that have been water damaged or incorrectly packaged.
- If we have agreed to pay for return shipping, please await details & ship when the carrier arrives
- If you have agreed to pay for return shipping, please book shipment with your chosen carrier. We are a business address with forklifts available to unload. Machinery should be returned to our warehouse: 5596 268st, Langley, BC, V4W 3X4.
- Contact us after your expected arrival date to process the refund. Refunds will only be issued once the return equipment has been inspected.
