Equipped with:
- Split 10-spindle RH right & (2) split 10-spindle LH horizontal boring unit, LH unit is fixed & RH unit is motorized for adjustment according to the required program; MICRO-DIAL indicator for positioning & pneumatic locking of RH unit; horizontal spindles are on 32 mm centers.
- 150 mm wide Bottom Vertical Supports each support with (2) 3 HP (2.2 kW) motor – 4,000 RPM, each motor will accept (1) boring block, each motor with
- 0 – 90° swivel & pneumatic locking of the boring block positions.
- All vertical supports with MICRO-DIAL indicator for positioning, pneumatic locking, individual adjustment for boring block distance, boring depth & hydraulic brakes to help eliminate blow-out when thru-drilling.
- Variable Speed Double belt internal conveyor with pneumatic squaring & motorized positioning of the back stops;
- (2) pneumatic side pressure clamps and (2) pneumatic top pressure clamps
- “CNi RT 483” Logic Control with cycle programming of selected programs. Complete with Automatic & forced lubrication for the horizontal & bottom vertical units; light curtain; chip removal system with connection port to a dust collector.
- “Digital Inverter” for continuous adjustment of conveyor speeds from 114 – 262 FPM (35 – 80 MPM);
- All conveyors equipped with “Soft start-and-stop” for narrow light weight pieces (“RAILS”);
- Vertical 10-spindle boring blocks on 32 mm centers.
