The BT3 Return Conveyor for U-Turn for Finishing Lines is suitable for all models of Flat Lines. This right handed transfer BT3 Return conveyor model is specially configured to provide a U-Turn facility at the midpoint of finishing lines.

• 230 V, 3 PH, 60 CY
• Its belt transfer length that is proportionate to the dimension between the two sections of the finishing line it links together
• 36″ wide x 5′ long receiving conveyor with 2″ dia. PVC rollers on 3″ centers
• Receiving table speed 30 to 90 FPM
• Return conveyor speed 60 to 180 FPM
• 6″ wide belt transfer device featuring 9 transfer belts
• Belt transfer speed 180 FPM
• Transfer by-pass switch; motorized infeed rollers (5 long – 5 short)
• Right OR Left Hand Return
